Discharging renders one’s victimhood in the open while holding hostage the likelihood of rescue, making a mockery of the courage and veracity of truth telling that is actually sought.

We will employ Discharging as a means to serve the intense desire to feel ourselves to be Hopeful, Optimistic

There is a consensus reality - where we perceive that which is agreed upon as reliable.
